Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders placed during opening hours. Orders can be placed online and through email. All orders are dispatched via royal mail first class recorded or special next day delivery. Special delivery covers any potential lost or stolen parcels and ensures your goods are delivered the following day. Orders to the Republic of Ireland and other International destinations are sent via Royal Mails International Signed for service. Alternatively, courier services such as DHL or FEDEX service are available upon request for international next-day delivery – please ask our staff for more details.

Our policy is not to credit returned items unless the item in question is faulty. Any discrepancies or defects should be reported within 14 days and a full refund/credit will be issued.  We do ask that any returns are sent to us within 28 days and accompanied with a copy of the original Invoice. Please note that due to health and safety reasons all earrings and body jewellery that have been worn cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
